Hip Hip Hooray It's The 100th day!

Can you believe it is already the 100th day of school? We had tons of fun celebrating! The students have been waiting for this day since September!

We all dressed like we were 100 years old!

Then we had a pancake breakfast! Thank you to our parent volunteers for helping out in the morning.

After, we made crowns and coloured 100th day certificates.

Then we wrote about what we would do if we were 100 years old!

In the afternoon, we made fruit loop necklaces. The students used ten frames to count out 100 fruit loops.

Then we had to find the hershey kisses that were hidden around the room. Each kiss had a number on the bottom and the students had to place it on the 100 chart.

After, we had center time! The students rotated through three centers.

At the first center, they stacked 100 cups.

At the second center, they made a list of 100 things they would not want, 100 things they wish they had and what they would do with $100.00

At the third center, they wrote down 100 words!

To end the day, we watched 101 Dalmations. Each student brought 100 different snacks. We mixed all the snacks together for one big snack!

I hope everyone had a fun 100th day of school! Congratulations on being 100 days smarter!
