Happy Easter!

On Wednesday, we celebrated Easter! In the afternoon we did Easter themed centers! 

At the first center we measured Easter pictures with jelly beans!

At the second center we did a word search and a colouring page.

At the third center we did jellybean addition.

At the fourth center we estimated how many jelly beans were in a egg. 

Then we did a second round of centers.

At the first center we dyed eggs. There were two options. The first option was to use regular food colouring and the second option was to use glue and glitter!

At the second center we did a colour by number page.

At the fourth center we had to sort jelly beans by colour!

To end the day we had an Easter egg hunt! Everyone was split into colour groups. Each colour group was in charge of finding certain items. The students found chocolate, Kinder Surprise eggs, jelly beans, peeps and pencils. When they completed their hunt they received a mini egg cookie! It was a blast! A special thanks to all the parents who sent cupcakes and treats for the day!
