Well that is a wrap to the 2015/2016 school year! Happy to say it was a success! Please note that Meet the Teacher Night is on August 31st and school resumes September 1st. Have a great summer!

Last Week of Grade 2!
Our last week of grade 2 was filled with fun activities!
On Thursday, June 23rd we had Smartie Day! Each classroom paired with their buddy classroom and dressed in specific colours. Our colour was yellow! In the morning we played kickball and tag with our grade 8 buddies. We also had our school wide picnic at lunch!
On Friday, June 24th we had play-day! Students rotated through a variety of stations throughout the afternoon. To end the fun filled day we had Popsicle's!
On Monday, June 27th we created our "Summer Bucket Lists" and cleaned out the classroom. We also had a class pot luck. Thank you to all the parent volunteers for providing all the yummy food!
On the last day of school we celebrated our year by completing ocean themed activities and enjoying ocean themed treats!
