On Tuesday, the whole school went on an overnight camping trip to Kenosee. We stayed at the Mother Teresa Center! It was a blast...a field trip that I am sure no one will ever forget! A big thanks to Mrs.Husband as she prepared all of the meals!

The first activity we did was...snails, pails and cattails! (Click here for more information!) The students became underwater explorers while they went pond dipping. They discovered the diversity of life in the wetlands of Kenosee.
Then, we got everything unpacked at the Mother Teresa Center.
After, we had supper (taco-salad) and played some fun outdoor games!
Before bedtime, we had a bonfire, s'mores and bedtime stories! Everyone was exhausted after a day of fun!

In the morning...the K-2 students did a craft and played some fun outdoor games!
Lunch time! (grilled cheese and soup).
In the afternoon...we had a scavenger hunt and went swimming!
To end the field trip the parents joined us for a hot dog supper/bonfire.
